In 2021 the Sweetwater brand team approached the creative team with interest in revamping the “About Us” section of the web team. After meeting with them, evaluating the current page, exploring recent projects by the UI/UX team and doing competitive and design research I landed on this timeline solution using the Sweetwater “bus” as a mile marker.

In initial concepts the page would be set up to lazy load during which the “bus” would follow the path on scroll. This was cut due to time restrictions but may be implemented in a phase two build of this page.

This page design required many hours of research, archival digging, and fact-checking, however, it has been very well received among our internal teams and stakeholders. To see the live page visit Sweetwater.com/about/our-story
